How do I Add a Project Image?

To add a project image you need to go to the project edit page. To do this, press the edit button on the projects page, and then select the project you wish to edit. This takes you to the project edit page. On the project edit page, you will see an option titled "Select Photo".

Pressing the Delete button will delete the Group.

How do I Scroll the Time Plan in Landscape Mode?

If you drag the scale at the top of the screen you can scroll the timeplan. After you have scrolled the scale the main view will update.

How Do I Delete a Phase?

To delete a Phase you need to go to the Project Edit page. To do this, press the Edit button on the 'Projects' screen, and then select the project you wish to edit. This takes you to the Project Edit page. On the Project Edit page, select the delete icon next to the Phase you wish to delete. A Delete button will appear. Pressing the Delete button will delete the Phase.

How Do I Delete a Task?

You can delete a task, by swiping your finger from left to right (or right to left) on a task. This makes the Delete Button appear. Pressing the Delete Button will delete the task. Once a task is deleted it cannot be recovered.

How do I Add a Phase?

From the Phases Page, touch the edit button, which will make a plus button appear. Then select the Plus button to add a new phase.

How do I Add a Project?

This is done by pressing the plus button which appears on the right of the navigation bar. If it is not visible, press the Edit button and the plus button will appear.

How do I change the display order of the Phases (or Groups)?

If you have several Phases (or Groups) in your project, you will be able to change the display order. To do this, press the Edit Button to make the re-order controls appear. You can then change the order of your Phases (or Groups). When you have finished making changes, press the Done Button.

How do I Add a Task?

Initially the Task page will display a warning to let you know that there are no tasks in your project. Press the Plus button to add a task. This will display the Task Addition page. You must enter a Name for your task. You then configure the other options such as Notes, Start and End Date, Status. Press the Save button when you are ready to Add the New Task.

How do I create a Milestone?

To create a milestone, you must set the task duration to 1 day. After you have done this, a switch will appear which enables you to turn the task into a milestone. Turning the switch on and off will toggle between a Milestone and a normal task.

How do I change the display order of the Projects?

It is not possible to change the display order of Projects. Projects are sorted alphabetically.

What is the difference between Groups and Phases?

There is no operational difference between Groups and Phases, just terminology. Use whichever your prefer.
